These terms apply to PopPop: Balloon Escape (the “Game”), provided by BossLabs Ltd (“BossLabs”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If there is a conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple’s agreement.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or exploits.

2. Virtual items

The Game includes virtual coins, stars and boosters. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change how virtual items work to keep the Game balanced. Progress and virtual items are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the Game. Permanent purchases (such as “No Ads”) can be restored with Restore Purchases.

3. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Advertising

The Game is free because it shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. Buying “No Ads” removes ads between levels. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you want their rewards. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. Some features need an internet connection.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, its characters (the “Poppets”), artwork, music and code belong to us or our licensors. The Lilita One font is used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
